PURCHASE AGREEMENT & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 8 February 2025.
1. GENERAL TERMS
By purchasing a product from Meridian Learning (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the terms outlined in this Purchase Agreement and Refund Policy. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website (meridianlearning.au) and is governed by Australian Consumer Law.
2. PRODUCT QUALITY & ASSURANCE
We take pride in delivering high-quality teacher planners. Each product undergoes strict quality control procedures to ensure that our customers receive the best possible product. However, due to the nature of physical goods, minor variations in materials or printing may occur and do not constitute a fault. We are committed to continuously improving material quality and product innovation with every iteration we make and every print run we do.
3. NO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of our planners and our commitment to sustainability, we do not accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind. Please carefully review product details before completing your purchase.
4. WARRANTY & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you believe you have received a defective product, you must contact us at [Insert Contact Email] within 7 days of receiving your order. To assess your claim, we require the following:
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence showing the defect
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Each case will be assessed individually, and if we determine that the defect is due to an unforeseen manufacturing issue and not customer handling, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for defective products unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
5. EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY
We do not offer replacements or refunds for:
- Damage caused by water, excessive heat, or external factors
- General wear and tear resulting from normal use
- Accidental damage or improper handling by the customer
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality
6. SHIPPING ISSUES
We take responsibility for ensuring that your order reaches you in good condition. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at [Insert Contact Email] as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Customers must report any shipping-related issues within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION

8. COMPLIANCE WITH AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If your product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund under ACL protections. However, this does not extend to cases of misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
